Unfortunately, the Internet didn’t help much…
While I was able to get an overview on losing weight for good with the Eat to Live lifestyle, I wasn’t able to find the do-this, do-that, step-by-step guide I wanted.
Which was annoying because I wasn’t interested in spending hours on end trying to figure this thing out.
I also didn’t want to sift through tons of useless information.
Of course, that’s exactly what happened…
I’d spend hours clicking one link after another, trying to get to the “good” stuff.
Before I knew it, I’d have dozens of browser tabs open and half my day would be gone.
Worse still, I’d be more confused than I was before I started!
It seemed like the people who wrote articles about this kind of stuff couldn’t agree on anything.
Your health and weight goals are attainable.

Eating healthy and losing weight seem so hard.
First, you have to learn what to eat and when…and make it work in your busy lifestyle.

… then the next one would say you just have to use a food scale and learn to count quantities of everything.
… and another still would say you have to learn to meditate and pay attention to every bite to make progress.
And so on …
It was super-frustrating.
After coming across conflicting advice more times than I could count, I started paying more attention to who was actually offering the advice.
What I discovered left me dumbfounded.
Most of the so-called weight loss and healthy eating “experts” have little-to-no real-world experience with the issues I faced.
Either they’ve :
• Never had anywhere near the food addiction struggles I had: like binge eating and constant obsession with food
• Never learned how to Eat to Live consistently while ending the cycles of overeating permanently
• Or they’d just me WHAT to Eat to Live but not HOW to keep doing it forever without struggle
…making them unqualified to give anyone the consistency advice I was looking for.
Which is why you can’t trust a lot of what you read online about getting healthy and losing the weight for good.
I realized no one really knew how to go about doing this the right way, consistently…and forever.
So I’d have to figure it out myself. :)

I wish the problems I experienced when I first started out were unusual, but they’re not.

About Me
Hi, I’m Cheri Alberts. :-)
That story I just told you took place when I first began “Eating to Live” … way back in 2013.
Since then, I’ve coached thousands of people online and dozens personally–in everything from my popular YouTube videos, to video courses, to live masterclasses, 21-Day Challenges, to in-person meetups, etc…as well as my all-time favorite: group coaching.

While I’m thrilled with what I’ve managed to accomplish, I’ll admit that the constant never ending cycle of overeating, food addiction and binging was a real struggle at first.
In the beginning, I didn’t know what I was doing and I didn’t have anybody I could ask.
Each time I went to try again, I had to go through the same hassles I mentioned earlier, spending so much mental energy (and money!) sifting through all the confusing information that’s out there. I tried all the techniques!
Yet even after all that research, I still made a lot of expensive mistakes along the way … costing me lots of time and money, while causing me plenty of emotional headaches.
