I was stuck on a plateau for a long time. I’d been watching Cheris channel for a few months learning from the outside about etl. I did not think I could ever live this way. No olive oil?! Limited bread?!
I took the challenge. It was a success!! I learned that I can do this. I liked the 3 day sets. Makes it all doable and is something I will continue.
