At first I was so scared to do this 21-Day Challenge. Afraid I wouldn’t be able to do it all and be Vegan, since I’ve never tried to go Vegetarian. I always wanted to try it but didn’t ever feel I was ready to. Cheri encouraged me to give it a try and that any changes I made would be a step forward and not to worry if I didn’t do it all. NOW that I’ve completed the challenge, with the support of the Facebook group and Cheri, I am now equipped to go forward on my journey eating the Nutritarian way and leave behind my SAD (Standard American Diet). Cheri did it all for us, the meal plan, the prep schedule, the shopping lists, the recipes, the motivational materials and stayed with us. It was fun doing it with people all over the world and seeing their posts and experiences. I didn’t exactly follow the program faithfully. I had several days of slips and still lost 6 lbs! That’s 2 lbs. per week! I consider that a success! What’s more of a success is that I noticed a difference in my skin and how I felt overall. That amount of veggies and fruits made my body feel so good. When I did have a slip, I felt like I was dragging. So, I am “all in” for the Nutritarian lifestyle! Thanks Cheri

This is the second challenge I have done with Cheri@thewateringmouth. I have been eating to live for 1 and a quarter years now, and doing these challenges has taught me more of how to fine tune my daily menus. Cheri’s recipes are delicious and varied. I have learned some things over these two challenges. I have learned how to eat to produce weight loss for me, at this stage of my journey. Over this and the previous challenge I have lost 11.1lbs (5lbs on the previous one and 6.1lbs on this one. I have lost a total of just over 60lbs since I changed my lifestyle March 1, 2018. I am now equipped to go forward and create my own challenges and reach my personal goal which I am closer to through doing these challenges! Well worth it!! Thanks Cheri!!

I FINALLY completed one of Cheri’s challenges and I’m SO glad I did!! The recipes were delicious. I love that she provides grocery shopping lists and has all the prep work lined up. I personally LOVE the 3 day sets, but sometimes day 3 is so sad, Haha! I don’t weigh, but family definitely commented that I’d lost weight and my skin was clear! Will for sure be doing EVERY challenge!

this was the second challenge i have purchased and certainly the best so far. I didn’t think i would like any of the salads when i first read the recipe … but OH MY! i really did not just like them .. but LOVED them! Since the challenge I am still eating huge salads with fruit in them every day. The smoothies are delicious. some of the evening meals were not so good .. but i have remade since the challenge the ones i did love .. and to be honest most times i didn’t need an evening meal at all. What i noticed more than anything else is that because my body was getting all the nutrients it needed the cravings for sugar and other “bad” things just stopped!! amazing! I shall definitely be signing up for the next challenge

I’ve done several challenges with Cheri. I did them to get back on track to this style of eating because I found it was easy to get derailed without a plan. I admit that eating the same menu for 3 days in a row may sound weird but I modified it to 2 days and still had success. I REALLY like having a plan. It helps with grocery shopping and food utilization. I agree with others that the community is one of the best aspects… a judgment free zone where you learn that others have the same issues and “silly” questions from all over the world. I enjoy the videos from Cheri’s kitchen it helps to know you don’t need a high tech kitchen. Thank you Cheri for your positivity and genuine concern.
