Hi Cheri, can you e mail me the free pdf for beginners.? I enjoyed that iTunes U talk on greens beans and veggies. Makes a lot of sense. Yet, I value your interpretation. Thank you, Karin
Cheri,
I’ve been a nutritarian for over a year now. Before I learned about the Dr Fuhrman diet, I had been a vegetarian since 2009 and became vegan about three years ago. The nutritarian works for me. My only problem is that I still need my 2 espresso cups everyday. I tried almost everything to break the habit but to no avail.
Are those 2 espresso cups bad for me. What’s your take on this? Thanks for your videos.
Hi Karin!! Thanks for commenting. And yes that PDF will be delivered if you sign up for that email list: http://www.nourishyourlifestyle.com/cheatsheets And that way you can get any future PDF that I hand out as well. <3
Hi Sylvia and thanks for reaching out! I think that if we need to have some things that are no calorie to keep us on plan for a while, then that shouldn’t be the thing that breaks your diet. Go ahead. But espresso is such a strong caffeine food that you’re clearly facing some addiction with this product. So ti’s best to wean off whenever and however you can, as long as you don’t give up completely because of that. hopefully at some point, the pull will become less and less. It’s like breaking the addiction to any substance (even sugar!). Very very very difficult, but totally worth it when it’s possible. <3 <3
