That’s my experience as well. Eating high nutritious food takes care of the crazy craving. It was a relief to get the sugar monkey off my back, once I started eating the way Dr. Fuhrman suggested. Fought the food addictions for years, then for the most part they disappeared. Plus love how healthy I am. Haven’t gotten sick in years.
Working on 10 in 20 for the first time. (Day 6). You inspired me watching your experience with it. So thanks for that. I was thinking of doing it, then had to have a colonoscopy, and thought, what a great time to reinvest in this healthy eating, (though truthfully could have done without the colonoscopy prep. Oh, the joys of getting older.)
I want to thank you for your posts. It feels like I have a friend who does this lifestyle with me. Making me not feel alone in the process. Since most people aren’t even aware of the benefits of this type of eating, it’s fun to watch and learn tips from you. I admire your devotion, willingness to share when you go through regression and your authentic self.
Thanks for sharing the good and bad. You’re the bomb!

Liesje!! Thank you so much for this inspiring and thoughtful comment. It means so much to me to hear from you on your journey. I’m so glad I can help!
Yes isn’t that high-nutrient thing so powerful!? Amazing! You’re very welcome for the 10 in 20 vlogs. Keep it up! I hope it’s still going well for you. Its difficult to do, because it’s a LOT of cooking…but feel free to do a few days in a row if you’d like…I heard a lot of people did that and had lots of success.
And you DO have a friend doing this with you. I am still doing it, more than half a year later, working on new recipes and continuing to post things, so keep up with me on YouTube and the blog! :D And YOU’RE the bomb!! Thanks again for the uplifting comment and I hope to see you around a lot more. <3 <3
