Drained and rinsed lentils. Cheesy Kale Salad (recipe on blog). And a quick red cabbage and red onion stirfry (water saute sliced red cabbage, sliced red onion and some frozen mushrooms if desired). +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
This lunch may not look like a lot of food but it will keep you full for hours!
