The title of that book is me exactly! And just about says it all. I’m 300lbs and suffering from obesity, asthma and osteoarthritis. My body is literally starving from all the years of CRAP I’ve given it. I love the Eat to Live plan and everything Dr Furhman says is what I believe. Would love to have this book as a little extra motivation to keep going to my best weight and health.

I am SO “hungry” for healthy eating knowledge, listening to, watching, reading, and it is what is keeping me focused. WOW! That was so great to listen to Emily and you. And having a 17 year old son, my heart went out to her story of her son! It is making me “crave” to help my family more, and I cannot do that whole-hearted when I’m not there myself. Thank you so much for sharing Cheri! …sorry for all the puns, but they were true!

I’m particularly interested in reading how growing up with a Mom with a food addiction affected her daughter. I think at the end of your video, Emily mentioned something about how her daughter included a piece in this book. I always think I’m the only one that my food addiction is bothering of affecting. Part of me changing is looking at the bigger picture: how food addiction will affect my health in the long run, as well as my family, my career, my prosperity… I’m looking forward especially to reading how someone who was going through so much at the time managed to stay on the plan. Life stresses are always an excuse for me, and I’m sick of it.

I just found Cheri & her Watering Mouth site–and just heard about Emily Boller & her new book –so I am a Nutritarian newbie (for the last month). But, I LOVE Cheri’s approach, her common-sense wisdom on how to beat food addiction is so apparent. Cheri’s interview with Emily is wonderful–a few of the most helpful tips are when they explained the “Moderation Myth” and also how to live successfully with a spouse/family members who are not following the Nutritarian lifestyle. I can relate to Cheri & Emily like we are all friends. I look forward to learning more from each of them. I’m excited to be in the drawing and I know whoever wins will be blessed with hope!

I can’t imagine the stress & pain she must have suffered, yet, she also shares how Discipline gave her Freedom, even during one of the hardest, saddest times in her life. I am going to have to re-watch as there is so much wisdom in this interview. thank-you Cheri & Emily for sharing your wisdom with us.

I am addicted to food in every way! I need relief. I am afraid to stop eating when I feel full. When I do stop eating I am afraid I will never be hungry again. I must play tricks and mind games with to stop eating and wait until my next meal time. Thoughts of food constantly distract me. There is probably not a time in the day without food thoughts. I am using food to fill so many needs. Food must be finally relegated to its proper place. I really am not able to do it on my own.

So much of what Emily said resonated with me. I have been following Dr. F for 7 years and enjoyed Emily’s blog posts on DiseaseProof in the past. Last year my 27 year old daughter almost died with complications of the flu and childbirth which led them to live with us for a year while we helped her with her 5 kids. Like Emily, I have lost my balance of Greens and Nice Cream (I’ll admit it, I had ChocoNana Nicecream with Blueberries for dinner last night). My daughter recently has been able to be independent again and I am trying to find my way back to feeling the best that I can and shed the extra 10 – 15 pounds this crisis has left me with.

I would love to hear more details about her journey and admire her strength and resilient nature.
Thank you both for this enlightening interview that was so full of hard earned wisdom, inspiration, and encouragement. Thank you for being lights in the world, leading others to health and more abundant lives that are free from the anxiety of developing lifestyle diseases.
The book sounds amazing! I love how you said you’ve been writing it since you were 6 years old, Emily. I’m sure many will relate to that. Emily and Cheri, your vulnerability in sharing you stories is so helpful to so many. Thank you for changing lives for the better <3.
I can identify with Emily’s journey. I want to stay inspired. I would love to win the book to read and pass along!
Hello Cheri, I’m just entering for a chance to win the book. Thanks
I have been a fan of Emily’s since I first read ETL
‘I followed the Plan’
I would love to win the book in order to find myself in Emily’s experience and to be inspired by the possibilities she represents and embodies.
I can’t wait to read her amazing story and share with close family for guidance and opening their eyes to our new lifestyle!
I have about a hundred and fifty pounds to lose. So I’m so excited at the chance to win this book that will help me to lose weight in a healthy manner!
Super excited! I am on a health journey and would love a copy of this book.
The name of the book is so true. How can our bodies be satisfied when our food has no nutrients?
Her story absolutely resonated with me (as it did with many others). I cannot wait to dig into this book!
Loved her talk on Miranda Bre’s summit. Made me want to buy her book straightaway! Hope I win a copy!!
I am looking forward to reading this book…ready to start the rest of my like living and eating healthy.
I would love a copy of this book. I can relate to Emily’s story. I think Izvestia done all the diets and they didn’t work. Time for me to create my own masterpiece!
Such an interesting interview I will probably watch for a second time as I want to learn everything I can.
She is an inspiration as are your videos
Sounds like an interesting and informative read. I like being full and knowing how to eat properly would benefit us all.
Why would I like to win this book? I have just within the past few months come to the realization that yes, I am addicted to certain foods. And it has been a real struggle. I keep reading and watching and learning and growing, but feel I have a long way to go. Anything that will help with the journey is a blessing. Thank you for all you do and for even a chance for someone to receive a gift like this. Trust that it will go to whoever truly needs it at this point in their journey.
I would love to win a copy of the book to continue my education and motivation towards healthier eating.
Because I love Emily Boller!
Emily is my hero. I have read her story in Dr Fuhrman’s book and have always admired her. I would love a signed copy of her book. She is my inspiration to keep going.
Cool
I always love acquiring more knowledge and inspiration!
I’m 3 weeks nutritarian today and have lost 31 lbs. This looks like a great book!
It is, thanks Summer! Way to go!
I’m inspired to change and am excited to learn more:)
