So, I love food art, as you may know about me by now. I mean, I went to NYU for art history, so when you pair art with food, well, I’m pretty much in heaven. So I came across this food art recently and wanted to share it. A company in London called Crumbs and Doilies makes this amazing 10,000 Cupcake Cherry Blossom Mosaic for a Japanese TV show a month or so ago, and I wanted to show you the pictures cuz I know you’ll love it!

Individual cupcakes from close up, a caloric overload from far. Not that that would stop me from trying to eat at least the whole tree.

This is my favorite image which shows what it took to put the work into it and how they organized the project. It’s like paint by number, or letter rather!
