Alright, I had a flash of inspiration the other day and just really wanted to post this video to show you some real-life stuff I do to stay on track with my healthy eating and weight loss.
Some thought work I do in the bathroom of all places. :D
I’ve been practicing this kind of self talk for quite a while now, and it really makes me feel good and helps me with my eating.
What are your thoughts? Do you use self-talk to motivate, inspire or get through tougher moments?
